Gravity is a student ministry for ages 6th-12th that explores how to experience God through a healthy relationship with self and others through emotional check-ins, playing games, journaling, and wondering about the Scriptures.

Gravity is designed for congruity with Godly Play's methodology of individual and community spiritual formation to provide a careful transition for incoming Christ City Kids (CCK) students. We expand on the Godly Play method by explicitly introducing individual and communal reflection, active listening, authentic vulnerability, gentle curiosity, and emotional awareness to develop emotionally healthy and secure bonds within a Christian community.

Our student Story Group meets every other Sunday morning in our game room for pastries during the morning worship service, and we gather on the alternating Sunday nights from 5:00-6:30pm for pizza.
